Major Duties & Responsibilities:

A Technician / Laborer will assist the Lead Technician in completing the job tasks.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Load supplies & Equipment and travel to job site.
• Digging with shovel & other general labor duties.
• Physical work along side with Equipment Operator.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Landscaping or Farm work helpful.
• Be able to follow directions with a good attitude.
• Reliable & strong work ethic with the ability to spend the majority of the day performing labor tasks.
• Willing to work Overtime when job requires.
• Must have a valid drivers licence.
• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol screen.

Compensation:

• Pay Depends on Experience.

We are looking for a Lead Technician / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Leads / Operators are expected to uphold a high standard of mental & physical ability to complete the job as quality service oriented and as efficiently as possible while keeping the customer service aspect at the forefront of each job.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

A Lead Technician will manage the Job & Service Technicians that are assigned to them by the Operations Manager. Act as a liaison of information of job status from operations to administration to ensure accurate information that results in customer satisfaction. Manage rental equipment for jobs. Ensure proper equipment maintenance is performed. Warrant job safety & Technician training.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contact & inform customer when arriving, when leaving and when returning to jobs.
• Warrant job safety for employees & customers. Complete JHA’s.
• Communicate issues when needed to Operations Manager and/or Sales Manager.
• Clean & secure job site before leaving everyday.
• Communicate with customers & Sales Manager when scope of job changes – Change Orders.
• Complete Materials list for parts used on the job.
• Perform comprehensive test of completed work. Test drains & water lines before customer Walkthrough.
• Collect payment from customer and request review if customer is satisfied.
• Turn in paperwork on timely basis. Time cards, Materials list, Change Orders, Job Receipts.
• Make sure all paperwork / receipts has initials and address of job location daily.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excavation Experience with current CDL or ability to obtain CDL.
• Well versed in machine operations while exhibiting strong leadership abilities.
• Willingness to get down from the equipment and get hands dirty when the job calls for it.
• Irrigation & Plumbing Experience with the ability to solve significant piping challenges and propose solutions to customers.
• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol screen.
• Maintain a safe & orderly work environment.
• Experience in managing employees.
• An ability and willingness to work in a team environment, to take on new tasks, methods and procedures.

Established Spokane Company looking for a Service Plumber / Drain Cleaning Technician.

Responsibilities will be to perform small piping repairs, drain cleaning and sewer inspections.

• Plumbing water and sewer lines.
• Drain cleaning.
• Perform sewer inspections. This includes written explanation of the condition of the line and the location.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Plumbing experience.
• Be able to follow directions with a good attitude.
• Willing to talk with customers and collect payment onsite.
• Willing to work Overtime when job requires.
• Must have a valid drivers licence.
• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol screen.

Compensation:

• Pay ($15/Hr – $30/Hr Depends on Experience).
